COVID-19 Protocols
Anyone who has a fever or is experiencing any symptoms including, but not limited to: cough, muscle aches, chills, shortness of breath, nausea/diarrhea, loss of smell/taste, fatigue, and/or headache is advised to stay home and not risk the well-being of others by attending activities. Temperatures will be taken upon entering the facilities, and anyone who has a temperature reading above 100.4 degrees will not be allowed to enter the facility.
- Follow all local and state guidelines as well as facility and event guidelines for all team activities.
- Pre-screening of players, coaches & spectators before entrance (fever & symptom check)
- Minimize crowding in facilities by limiting audience to one spectator per each player.
- Maintain contact tracing sign-in sheet to document crowd size and record contact information for all in attendance.
- All spectators and coaches required to wear masks while inside the facility and encouraged to practice social distancing.
- Players should bring their own water bottle.
- No outside equipment allowed. Warm-up and game balls will be provided.
- Limit physical contact such as handshakes or high fives.
- Officials are encouraged to wear gloves and face masks during all games.
In order to minimize the number of people inside a facility, WE MUST follow these procedures:
- Teams must stay outside of the building until they are notified by their head coach that they can enter.
- Families should wait in individual cars and avoid gathering in huddles or groups. We'll let teams in once the team ahead of them has exited.
- Please exit BUILDING immediately following each game. Any post-game meetings will have to take place outside. We cannot have teams waiting around inside the facility. Coaches can remain in gym to see how much time remains before their game but players & fans may not enter or re-enter the facility until the game ahead of them is over.
- We will stagger start times whenever possible to ensure all teams are not arriving and/or departing simultaneously.
